As part of a new sustainability marketing push, Coors Light converted its billboards into beer coolers and its kegs into barbecue grills. The effort kicked off as a summer promotional campaign called "Every One Can," which also included a large-scale push to get drinkers to recycle beer cans.

As the younger crowd continues to defect from light beer toward crafts and cocktails, we saw a chance for Miller Lite to reconnect with them over a shared passion for live music and redefine what it means to be a festival sponsor. Instead of simply buying pouring rights and stage signage, Miller Lite helped pave the way for up and coming musicians and their fans to make it to one of summer’s biggest stages.

The Levo 4 launch delivered the strongest performance in company history, setting new internal benchmarks for engagement, conversion, and revenue. The ecosystem approach proved that cohesive digital storytelling, paired with performance-driven execution, could significantly outperform traditional launch models.

As part of a major redesign effort, our team took on the challenge of revamping a suite of digital tools that were in dire need of an update. We started by conducting extensive user research to identify pain points and areas for improvement, and used this feedback to inform our design approach. Over the course of several months, we iteratively designed and tested a range of new features and interfaces, including streamlined navigation, simplified workflows, and improved visual design. The end result was a suite of digital tools that not only looked and functioned better, but also delivered a vastly improved user experience. Our work has been met with great success, with users reporting higher levels of satisfaction and engagement, and the company as a whole benefitting from increased productivity and efficiency.

To stand-out in a busy retail space, our team developed a method to market around occations and sports. Our greatest success always came from localized football activations. Each NFL partner team had expressions in grocery, c-store, and online.

Merchandise and other fan favorites were leveraged to insitivize sale. All wrapped in unique, artist-illustrated visuals for each team. The campaign visuals became collectables.

Challenge: The horizontal aspect of the elements made it difficult to add new content and features to the product page, which limited our ability to improve the user experience.

Approach: We overhauled the page layout visually and on the backend to better prepare for feature updates. We’re collecting research to better understand user pain points and other key issues.

My Role: Connecting overall business strategy with a design strategy to ensure our most visited page produces good results.

I had the honor and privilege to speak at a CreativeMornings event in Chicago. The theme was ‘Restart’. Restarting is essential. It’s a way to digest experiences, reflect and cultivate self-awareness, and remind ourselves that life is to be enjoyed. It's refreshing and feeds greater intention and momentum into our creative endeavors.

I helped to develop a vision, quickly bring concepts to life as prototypes, then iterate and refine them as I gather and factor in customer and business requirements.

In 2014 Felt Bicycles was breaking into the electric bicycle market. German technology and California engineering produced a product that would lead the revolution. The new series needed an equally breakthrough marketing launch. A full scale program was developed which included events, influencer content, video story telling, swag, in-store displays and a new website. All of which was held together with a fresh design language fit for the new demographic.

SRAM was developing an Internal and external women’s development program. I proudly served on a committee who’s mission was to help retain and recruit women within the cycling world. We rolled out mentorship opportunities, outreach initiatives, and marketing content to inspire and support our female colleagues.

Developed and executed integrated print and digital campaigns for Toshiba’s new line of advanced imaging machines, driving awareness and adoption among healthcare providers. Balanced technical accuracy with compelling creative to position Toshiba as an innovator in medical imaging.

Dropbox has been ramping up their involvement in the broader LGBTQ community in recent years and commissioned my wife and I to design the logo for their employee group, Pridebox.

I art directed and produced Notes To Self, a zine featured on social media that celebrates the meaningful moments often overlooked in bike riding. While the culture around cycling frequently focuses on personal records and fastest times, this project aimed to shift the narrative toward the experiences that truly matter. Through handcrafted designs brought to the digital space, the zine emphasizes reflection, connection, and the joy of the ride, encouraging a more mindful approach to cycling culture.

Challenge: Our T-Mobile client was looking for ways to measure the interest of self-serving customers.

Approach: UX and the design team curated interactive features on the homepage that allowed users to browse playfully.

Problem to Solve Choosing the right portable generator for your project can be difficult and overwhelming.

Solution UX designers and myself developed an online tool that let users select their voltage requirements then calculate which generator was right for the job. The process optimized the shopping experience and made it fun and customizable.

I worked with engineers and product designers to map out the perfect experience for setting up a rider’s suspension. I designed the UI kit and user flow to make functionality simple and entertaining.

The Road Team at SRAM was always off the front with apparel trends. For 2017, we developed a pattern system centered around Red. From toile to splatter, the road pattern showed up on a big scale. Jerseys, shirts, accessories, event wallpaper, and retail display. It was so well received, it was featured in studio product shots.

This is a branding design for a motorcycle rescue service in Chicago. The simple identity system provided all the elements to create an easy to use application that alerted the service technician and provided a range of rescue options.

With the launch of a new site, a digital catalog was concepted to breakthrough the behaviors of traditional retail ordering. Product and specs were delivered as usual with supplemental content meant to educate, entertain, and inform dealers.
